Conference Fees
- Early Bird Fee before 22 April 2024:

262 USD / 240 EUR for participants from elsewhere - Standard Fee 23 April – 11 July 2024:

312 USD / 286 EUR for participants from elsewhere
The inscription fee covers access to the conference venue, a conference booklet, coffee breaks, the arrival cocktail on 11 August, the field excursion on 13 August with lunch, and the closing dinner on 14 August. Lodging and other meals will be covered by the participants, options for which are explained here.
To submit an abstract for an oral presentation or poster along with your registration, please also fill out the Submission form. Abstracts can be submitted there until 22 April 2024 for early bird registrations, and during 23 April – 31 May for standard fee registrations.
